As per a survey in 2020 we will have 35 crore young population which will be more powerful large population in the world in future. At the same time 75% of every 1000 youngster will have the non-communicable disease (Ex. Diabetes). For diabetes in the younger stage leads to 6 heart attacks and even it invokes major chronic disease in every human in a lifetime. As of now, we have high level of illiteracy, poverty and lack of awareness in India. The need of knowledge and evaluations should be made compulsory to everyone. The role of patient education should be carried out with two different kinds of people, one who is healthy that is eligible to guide people with a healthy lifestyle and another kind is those who are affected by chronic disease the knowledge about their problems must be made as clearly illustratable to all affected people. According to the human psychology 70% of diseases are self-created. If anybody faces some problem due to lack of knowledge they get affected psychologically and make their problem more badly. This problem is overcome by evaluationsof knowledge, and attitudes of patient will be taken as survey through some effective questionnaire analysis. According to the survey results patient will have to guide about their problems. Because, the psychological clearance of patient’s problems in a practical manner make the patient feel better and help them focus what they have to do next in their life. The practical implementations could be achieved through doctors’ and pharmacists’ collaboration through an online channel. The only gift of these generations is the current day technology. Because, whatever known to people is shared with the whole world through technology. So, educating everyone about human health is possible with current technology.

“Patient education is the key to unlock the golden door of a healthy lifestyle.”
