Recognizing the need for a proactive approach to address safety concerns and using the strength of technology we at I'm Safe embarked on a mission to create a women's safety app that would capitalize on the latest advancements in technology to promote a safer environment for women.
The I'm Safe app goes beyond being just another application; it is a transformative tool designed to instil confidence, strengthen self-reliance, and foster a culture of safety for women everywhere. With an unwavering commitment to their well-being, we meticulously developed this app to serve as a beacon of protection, empowering women to navigate through life with enhanced security and peace of mind.
To ensure utmost data integrity and security, we have incorporated blockchain technology into the app. When women ask for help, the app securely stores the data, preventing any tampering by governmental or other entities. In an emergency, the app captures a 30-second audio recording, takes a photo, and geotags the location, immediately sending the live location to five or more trusted contacts.
The primary purpose behind developing the I'm Safe Personal App was to cater to women's safety during their regular commutes and in situations related to domestic violence, rape, and abuse, or whenever they require assistance. Later on, we expanded its capabilities to also serve the needs of corporates and institutions, introducing the I'm Safe Organisational App to benefit them as well.
