Motivation is a Magic Mantra of Life, powerful and tricky to handle the stressful situation. Sometimes it is not easy to get motivated and find yourself covered up during toughest cycles of life. Also, it is nearly impossible to figure out how to motivate yourself when you got trapped in a confusing situation. Therefore, having confidence and hope which will be the key to success in everyone’s life. 

I would like to share my story on how I became Certified International HR Speaker through Airlangga University Indonesia. All Deans, Chairpersons, and Directors of other Universities present across various countries like Yugoslavia, Denmark, New Zealand, Pakistan, Germany, From India I was one of them who addressed 500+ viewers online as Keynote Speaker.  

One fine day, University Airlangga gave me the task and topic to present in the presence of all students and department Heads online without any time for preparation. The topic I presented was “Psychological Impact on Employees during Covid”. Many students posted me with queries; I faced all the queries with confidence, that sudden task motivated me to came across with many good viewers, and people’s support. If I had lost my confidence, if I had not accepted challenges, then I wouldn’t have become a Motivational Speaker to motivate Youth. My confidence made me a Keynote Speaker, today many industry approaches me, and I do Free Webinars for youth so that achieve their Goals. 

There are three key elements to be followed for motivating 

  • Indulge in positive self-talk.  

  • See yourself as unstoppable 

  • Appreciate yourself every day for what/who you are. 

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, defuse conflict, and transact socially, whose measure is known as Emotional Quotient or EQ. 

Emotional intelligence can seem like a complex concept; there are specific ways you can develop this by taking time and building skills which help you become better at building relationships with people, and work-life. 

Emotional Intelligence can be utilized in many helpful ways:  

  • Giving and receiving feedback  

  • Adapt to change 

  • Meet with tough deadlines  

  • Deal with challenging relationships 

Many people are aware about the measurement of Emotional Intelligence 

  • Self-Awareness 

  • Self-Regulation 

  • Motivation 

  • Empathy  

  • Social Skills 

There are umpteen ways to improve the Emotional Intelligence 

  • Practice awareness is very mandatory 

  • React and respond to others 

  • Learn from your mistakes
