Interconnected devices and gadgets have made our life simple and flexible. Smartphones, Interconnected sensors, homes with automated light system, voice-controlled devices, gesture-controlled systems and virtual assistants are gearing up for Industry 5.0. Also, technology made it feasible for many countries and companies to aim high to space.
IoT network with satellites will create Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) in space. LPWAN would require less bandwidth and latency communication.
Earlier, for the reception of signals from Space Radar fitted ships in the sea, Solar energy operated rovers at Antarctica were utilized. IoT in Space will make the reception and processing of data very easy.
With the rapid increase in IoT devices, the data used and processed by these devices will increase exponentially. This exponential growth in data processing needs a highly efficient system to process the data. With the help of this system, the data centres can meet the needs and expectations of the customers effectively.
Especially, cloud-based companies with the help of latest technologies like Big Data handling and AI-focused to deliver a user-friendly solution. These technologies combined together will have a greater demand in the future market.
The latency in communication between inter-continents/countries will be reduced with the use of IoT in Space.
Internet of Things (IoT) has opened up a world of possibilities in medicine: when connected to the internet, ordinary medical devices can collect invaluable additional data, give extra insight into symptoms and trends, enable remote care, and generally give patients more control over their lives and treatment.
IoT in space will create a cluster of interconnected Low Earth Orbital (LEO) satellites in length and will lead towards exploring the outer space by creating interconnected nodes. Tech Giants like Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, Iridium and SpaceX are getting ready for a greater launch.
SpaceX is one such company, which has taken a step towards establishing Interconnected and automated Space stations. Specifically, Space X has already launched 60 low earth orbital satellites embedded with sensors and navigators.
SpaceX is getting ready with Starlink V1.0 for better performance and beta testing in International Space Stations (ISS). It ensures good connectivity space and reduces latency in the current communication systems. Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (IoT) aim to deliver an interconnected space system.
Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence will make space devices to Identify and analyze the insightful metrics for business to take actionable decisions quickly. Devices can analyze resource usage and shared Space Frequency solutions, research space objects and reuse it in a better way.
Li-Fi Technologies will be an integrated part of the Internet of Space (IoS) it can be utilized for better transmission without any data loss.
In future, Space Property Rights will become familiar to have patents and copyrights for the objects in space to be utilized. It will be feasible for us to use Green Moon Technologies. Green Moon Technologies helps to identify water availability in the moon and the possibility of agriculture in moon and mars.
COVID 19 pandemic has unlocked various fast-growing technologies in India Including IoT, AI, and Machine Learning. Recent trend of lockdown has made startups and other companies to focus on cutting-edge technologies to develop applications for various sectors like Agriculture, Healthcare and Surveillance. Remote operated unmanned aerial vehicles have made it possible to provide better connectivity with COVID 19 affected areas. Unmanned aerial devices are used to track homeless children's daily needs, activities and well-being.
In future, the market for these technologies is expected to be hiked. Our future agriculture markets are keen to use a fully automated system where all types of agricultural equipment will get interconnected to space devices. The intelligent system will predict the weather (Rain, Humidity, and Speed of air), soil stability and market analysis for farm products, based on the data received from various interconnected devices in space and earth.
Automated drones will water agriculture land. The automated solution for agriculture will check for the soil enrichments and automatically supply organic manures to the plants to provide a clean environment with controlled chemicals. The market analysis provided by the automated system will make farmers sell their products very quickly.
Beyond technological benefits of automated devices, we are becoming technology-driven. In this technology-driven society, it has become very costly to afford a tension-free day with family or friends in a natural environment. Average Human Life span has already reduced from 100 years to 60 years due to varied changing environment. However, technology has made life more comfortable in the context of reducing the workload on Human beings.
What will be the future; materialistic or realistic?
